Join Grout Museum staff as we step outside and turn our backyard (and yours!) into a science lab! Learn about plants and animals through hands-on experiments. Create and play with giant bubble wands, make sun prints, dissect owl pellets, concoct explosive chemistry, and so much more! Be prepared to get messy in this week of outdoor fun!
Masks strongly encouraged but optional.

$50 Weekly Extended Care is available for any child in need of early drop-off, late pick-up and/or noon care during each Summer Camp week. AM Camps are from 9AM-11AM. PM Camps are from 1-3PM. Early drop-off is available beginning at 8 AM and late pick up is available until 4PM, allowing working parents time to get their child here before work as well as additional time for pick-up following the PM camp. It is also convenient and required for families that sign their child(ren) up for both AM & PM camps during the same week. Children staying for noon care must bring a sack lunch; meals will not be provided by the District.
Parent/Guardians are responsible for knowing which location your child should be dropped-off/picked-up at each week. Please call 319-234-6357 with any questions.
Late Pick Up Policy: If your child is picked up past 4pm, you will be subject to a $1 per minute, per child past 4pm LATE FEE.
