You are invited to the Grout Museum for an "after work" cocktail hour reception and presentation which will highlight the history and legacy of the Jerald Sulky Co. Susan Card, the Great Granddaughter of the founder, Sam Jerald, will share stories of growing up around "the shop", and relay the history of this harness racing and show cart business gathered from personal and family recollections, newspaper article research, and interviews with current and former staff of Jerald. Archived historic photos will be on display. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine or beer, and some delicious appetizers while Susan relates an important part of the "Factory City's" industrial history.
