Cadets of the New Horizons Initiative are entering a high-stakes Space Race of their own! As campers learn about America’s historic race to space—from early rockets to the Moon landings—they’ll be challenged to design spacecraft, solve mission problems, and complete daily objectives to help NHI win the next great leap into the stars. Part history, part science, and part imagination-powered adventure, this camp puts Cadets at the center of a race where teamwork, creativity, and curiosity decide the future of space exploration.
Ages: 6-12
Before and After Care is available one hour before (8:00 – 9:00AM) and one hour after (4:00 – 5:00PM). Cost is $25 per day camp or $75 per week long camp. To register for Before and After Care please call Desirae at 319.234.6357.
