This year's event highlights prominent Black voices from Waterloo history, including Dr. Lee Burton Furgerson and Lily Nina Furgerson, Jesse Lee Cosby, Dr. Walter Cunningham, Staff Sergeant Russell Bell, and Gwendolyn Hickey.
